Red Sea Gateway Terminal International Limited is a London-based privately-held company, established in 2022, to identify and enter into port and terminal concessions in targeted underserved and emerging markets.

RSGTI is actively engaged in exploring and pursuing new port and terminal concession opportunities in selectively targeted markets in Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.

In 2024, RSGTI concluded a 22-year concession agreement with the Chittagong Port Authority in Bangladesh for the equipping, operation, and eventual turnover of the newly constructed Patenga Container Terminal. Operating as RSGT-Chittagong, the 250,000 TEU capacity facility will receive USD $170 million in new infrastructure equipment and investment and installs new Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes, as it expands annual container throughput capacity to 450,000 TEUs.
